Who we are

A foundation built oncompassion and purpose

The Needed Care Outreach Foundation is a Christ-centred, community-rooted organisation serving orphaned, needy and vulnerable children and their families.

Learning with love. Growing with purpose.

Objective

To establish a sanctuary of learning, protection, love and transformation where vulnerable children receive education, care and hope.

Vision

To see every vulnerable child raised in a community of faith, learning and love — equipped to transform their generation.

Mission

To provide holistic care, quality Christ-centred education and practical support that empowers children and families to live with dignity, hope and purpose.

Core values

Six commitments that shape everything we do

Compassion

We respond to need with tenderness, never with pity or judgement.

Integrity

We steward every shilling, gift and hour with transparency.

Faith

Christ is the centre of our teaching, our care and our decisions.

Dignity

Every child and parent is treated as fearfully and wonderfully made.

Excellence

We give the vulnerable our best work, not our leftovers.

Community

We build alongside families, churches, schools and neighbours.

Our identity

Rooted like a tree, reaching like branches

Our emblem shows children as the roots of a growing tree — because the care we give a child today becomes the shade a whole community rests under tomorrow. Green for growth, orange for warmth, purple for dignity.

Registered in Kenya serving Ndeiya, Limuru and beyond.
